TextRep AI (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "this service") is an artificial intelligence-based image text replacement service platform. By using this service, you agree to be bound by these terms of service.

Using this service requires account registration:

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for protecting account security and may not share your account with others
• You must be at least 13 years old to register and use this service
• Each person may only register one account
• We reserve the right to refuse or terminate any account

When using this service, you agree to:

• Not upload images containing illegal, harmful, threatening, defamatory, harassing, or infringing content
• Not upload images containing pornographic, violent, or hate speech content
• Not infringe on others' intellectual property, portrait rights, or privacy rights
• Not use the service for commercial fraud or misleading behavior
• Not attempt to damage, interfere with, or gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Not engage in large-scale automated operations or malicious use

Regarding credits and payment:

• The service is billed in credits, with each text replacement consuming corresponding credits
• Credits are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase
• Consumed credits are non-refundable
• Credits cannot be transferred to other users
• We reserve the right to adjust credit consumption rules
• Payments are processed through third-party payment platforms and follow their terms

Refund rules:

• Within 7 days of purchase, if you are unsatisfied with the service, you may apply for a full refund
• Packages with more than 30% of credits used do not support refunds
• Refund applications require providing specific reasons
• Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days
• Purchases from special promotional activities may have different refund policies

Intellectual property protection:

• You retain ownership of uploaded images
• Processed images belong to you
• Our AI models, technology, and platform are protected by intellectual property rights
• You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute our technology
• You authorize us to temporarily process your images to provide services

Regarding service availability:

• We strive to provide stable service but do not guarantee 100% availability
• Service may be suspended for maintenance, upgrades, or other reasons
• Service interruptions due to major failures may be compensated
• We reserve the right to modify or terminate the service

Service disclaimer:

• The service is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties
• We do not guarantee the perfection of AI processing results
• You assume the risks of using the service
• We are not responsible for any losses caused by using the service
• Third-party service issues are not within our scope of responsibility

Liability limitation terms:

• Our total liability shall not exceed the service fees you have paid
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Liability limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by law

Service change rules:

• We may modify service features and terms at any time
• Users will be notified in advance of major changes
• Continued use of the service is deemed acceptance of changes
• You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time
• Accounts violating terms may be suspended or terminated

Dispute resolution methods:

• Disputes shall first be resolved through friendly consultation
• If consultation fails, disputes shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction
• These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China
